Peter Pettit

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants New Zealand, Peter brings a wealth of accounting and general business acumen to his role as a Director.
Peter commenced his accounting career with Fletchers in the early 70's moving to CFO of Fletcher Residential seven years later where he provided invaluable leadership for a further eight years. Early into his role as CFO, Peter established Residential Mortgages Limited which opened up non-bank lending to new home buyers in New Zealand, and later into his tenure he became a Non-Executive Director of Wrightson Farmers Finance Limited.

Ted Jordan

Ted brings advisory and perspective on all things technical.  Ted started work with HBO, a subsidiary of Time Warner, as a system analyst working on their migration to client-server technologies using Oracle on UNIX. He then moved to Salomon Brothers where he worked on the fixed-income trading floor application and was in charge of a network of systems in several countries.   More recently, Ted moved to New Zealand and is presently CEO & CTO of ActionStep, an online business management system.
