||Where we determine an issue with hardware or software that we need the vendor to resolve, we expect customers to maintain support arrangements with each vendor. We can help manage this.
||Any hardware must be purchased/provided separately and have a current warranty so we can sort any issues out quickly. We can help manage this.
||Where a user has administrative rights to a system (e.g. local admin/domain admin/global admin) and a support request arises as a result of an action not carried out by us (or approved by us), resolution of any issues is on a time & materials basis.
||Adding new services/applications in your IT environment is handled on a project basis and quoted as required.
|Line of Business Applications
||Applications such as custom accounting packages, CRM software, ERP software etc are not included (but can be, as an add-on).

||Our experts on-site at your office are available on a time & materials basis (if you're not on our Premium support plan).
